How long does it take to get a freelance job offer from an employer?
This largely depends on how in demand the service offered is. A freelancer landed a job within a few hours since joining the platform, whereas other freelancers have had to wait much longer before being approached by an employer. To drive more traffic to your service offering, we recommend that you promote your services by sharing a link to your social media accounts. To avoid ambiguity, it is recommended that you be as descriptive as possible in your service description. It is also worth mentioning that freelancers with profile pictures are perceived to be more trustworthy.

How long does it take for me to receive my revenue from an order?
Employers pay Jobs4mzansi for orders in advance. Once an order is created and our delivery timer has started the digital countdown, freelancers must fulfill their orders as described in their service description and must deliver completed files and/or proof of completed work to the employer. Once the work is delivered and the employer approves the work, the freelancer’s revenue will appear in the freelancer’s Jobs4mzansi account (located on the Dashboard). Should the freelancer wish to immediately withdraw the money from their jobs4mzansi account to their personal bank account, the freelancer just needs to send a quick withdrawal request to Admin. Following which, Admin will EFT the money straight to the freelancer's personal bank account.

Can I purchase services on Jobs4mzansi with my revenue?
Yes, you are welcome to purchase orders on Jobs4mzansi with your cleared revenue if you have enough credit needed to complete the full purchase (located on the Dashboard).

Do I have to pay taxes on income earned on jobs4mzansi?
It is the sole responsibility of the freelancer to verify their personal tax obligation, report, and pay taxes according to the laws of The Republic of South Africa.

Do I pay my freelancer directly?
No. You are required to pay Jobs4mzansi for orders in advance. This is to notify your chosen freelancer that they can start working on your project. You may not pay freelancers directly using any method other than ordering through the Jobs4mzansi Order Page. In the event that you have been asked by a freelancer to use an alternative payment method, please report it to Admin immediately.

Do I own what is delivered to me?
Unless clearly stated otherwise in the service description text, when the work is delivered, the client is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered by the freelancer. -

Jobs4mzansi allows up to 5 cover images per service offering. Take full advantage of this and upload a visually stunning image related to the service you are offering. Humans are very visual beings, so select beautiful images that stand out in order to grab people's attention. -

No employer will blindly hire you without verifying your skills - yes, even for a small task like proofreading an essay. To improve your employability on Jobs4mzansi, you are encouraged to include links to your previous work. You may include these links in the body of your service description. Employers often rely on glowing reviews from your previous employers to validate their decision of hiring you.
